We are excited to enhance connections with our residents, applicants, landlords, and community partners. To better serve you, we have two forms: one for reporting public 
housing fraud, or drug activity in MHA units, and another for tenants to share ideas for MHA improvement, or to submit any complaints.
We have also added contact information for other rentals based on income in the McAlester area.
MHA is governed by a Board of Commissioners, guiding our mission to provide affordable housing solutions to over 331 families in our community.

PHADA Scholarship Program

In order to encourage academic excellence and community responsibility among high school students, PHADA has implemented a scholarship program for graduating seniors who are preparing to enter college. PHADA will award three scholarships to deserving youth currently residing in a PHADA member agency.
